Language is so powerful, it can literally change your life. Positive words such as “love”, “happiness”, and “gratitude” can be catalysts to strengthen parts of as well as promote cognitive function in your brain. This means that you can literally use language to make you feel great both physically and mentally. Imagine how motivating it is for players to hear their coach give their sports team a pep talk in the locker room before the big playoff game. Saying something negative or doubtful may not necessarily change the outcome of the game, but it would change how everyone in that room felt- and maybe how they played as a result. Simply put, words hold weight, and they are worth that weight in gold.

A Champion never says “I can’t.”

They say, “how might I tackle this?” and look for guidance.

By speaking positivity into conversations and reshaping how you think about obstacles, you can find yourself becoming exposed to new experiences and blessings that you never knew were possible.

“Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.” – Yehuda Berg
