It’s been a year to say the least. And the news about Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman just deepened the emotional rollercoaster many of us have experienced throughout 2020. I literally turned over and cried myself to sleep, but first not without noticing one of the scriptures I have on my wall. “And I will do whatever you ask in my name so that the Son may bring glory to His Father.”(John 14:13)

As more information was released, it has been reported that he made seven movies while fighting colon cancer. I believe Chadwick showed us all how to truly embrace our purpose and be intentional about living it to the fullest.

We all have a purpose in us. We also will encounter barriers for various reasons, but they will make us stronger. What I know for sure is that, our purpose will give us the power and resilience to push forward. So, I urge us not to let his death be in vain, but even more than that, let us not allow the purpose that God gave us be in vain. The scripture above explains that, as long as it brings glory to our heavenly Father, He will grant us whatever we ask for. Lean on Him to help you push past your pain, your fear, your barriers and focus on your purpose. We all are without a doubt Champion Made.
